On Saturday, September 9, the end of the pigeon racing season, Hendriks & Sanders shone again. They celebrated two successful flights, topped with leading placements. In the young pigeons’ race, they achieved a 4th place in division 8 against a participation of 5,092 pigeons, resulting in an honorable mention on teletext. In addition, they scored in the late season with a 3rd place in Niergnies against 971 pigeons.
This season introduced a new championship calculation system: the Grandmaster system. While this system has both proponents and opponents, Hendriks & Sanders chose their own unique approach. Instead of strategically deploying a limited number of pigeons for maximum points, they decided to participate with all their suitable pigeons.
